Minimum Effort provides automation, software development, consulting, artificial intelligence (AI), voice agent, chat agent, analytics, and related technology services.

We process customer data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, supporting, securing, and improving the services requested by the customer.
Minimum Effort does not use customer-confidential information to train public AI models without the customer's authorization.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to provide data to Minimum Effort for processing.
Payment Processing
Payments made through our services may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other payment processing partners.
Minimum Effort does not store full payment card information on its systems. Payment information is collected and processed directly by our payment providers in accordance with their privacy policies and security standards.
Data Processor and Data Controller Responsibilities
Depending on the services provided, Minimum Effort may act either as a data controller or a data processor.
When we collect information directly from visitors to our website for our own business purposes, we act as the data controller.
When we process information on behalf of customers as part of software, automation, analytics, AI, or consulting services, we act as a data processor and process information only in accordance with customer instructions and applicable law.
